1. Platform Role – Marketplace & Lead Sharing Only
Melody Mocktail operates solely as a neutral online marketplace and lead collection platform.

- Submit service inquiries for legal, insurance, taxation, and digital marketing services
Melody Mocktail:
- Does not own, manage, inspect, or verify any rental property
- Does not organize, arrange, or participate in travel or meetups
- Does not provide professional, legal, insurance, taxation, or financial services
- Does not act as a broker, agent, advisor, or representative
All interactions, agreements, transactions, and services occur directly between users or between users and third-party service providers (“Clients”), at their own risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

- You will not post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
- Melody Mocktail may review, moderate, reject, or remove content at its discretion
- You grant Melody Mocktail a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

- Melody Mocktail does not verify property ownership, legality, condition, pricing, or availability
- Does not conduct background checks on landlords, tenants, or agents
- Does not guarantee rental terms, safety, or suitability
Users are solely responsible for:
- Verifying property details
- Inspecting properties before payment
- Executing rental agreements
All rental arrangements are made directly between users, and Melody Mocktail is not a party to any rental agreement.
7. Travel Companion Disclaimer

- Melody Mocktail does not verify identities, intentions, or travel plans
- Does not arrange or supervise travel or meetings

- Clients contact users directly and provide services independently
- Melody Mocktail does not control service delivery, advice, pricing, or outcomes.

All fees are displayed before payment and are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Communications & Consent
By submitting your details, you consent to be contacted by:

- Other users
- Third-party service providers
regarding your posts or service requests.

13. Limitation of Liability
